Trapattoni in Donegal visit

IRELAND coach Giovanni
Trapattoni will visit Co Donegal next Friday, July
20, where he will announce his squad for the team's
next friendly.
The squad manager will visit the county as part of
the Football Association of Ireland’s Festival of
Football and Annual General Meeting taking place
throughout Donegal next week beginning this Sunday. |
An FAI delegation
including John Delaney and Ray Houghton, among
others, will visit football clubs throughout the
county from Sunday through to Thursday.
The Annual General Meeting will take place at the
Mount Errigal Hotel in Letterkenny at 12pm on
Saturday, July 21.
Trapattoni will announce his squad for the upcoming
friendly against Serbia at Jackson’s Hotel,
Ballybofey, at 1pm on Friday, July 20.
Meanwhile, FAI officials will visit Inishowen clubs
this Sunday and Monday as part of the week-long
Festival of Football. |

The local events will
include the official opening of Moville Celtic's
Glencrow Park; a Family Fun Day in Greencastle;
underage blitzes in Carndonagh and the formal
switching on of floodlights at Illies Celtic FC.
There will be the launch of the Football for All
programme at Buncrana Hearts as well as the official
opening of Aileach FC clubhouse and indoor Astroturf
pitch. |
