Donegal trainees STEP out for graduation 10.07.15

NINE Donegal trainees are celebrating their graduation with Level 4 Employment Skills as part of the YMCA's STEP programme.
The trainees notched up fantastic grades with five distinctions, three merits and one pass expected following external assessment.
National STEP co-ordinator Tom Kent joined the graduates, their family and friends and staff on conferring day held at Letterkenny's Enterprise Fund Business Centre.

YMCA’s Support, Training and Enterprise Programme (STEP) is currently recruiting for the September 2015 to July 2016 enrolment.
Participants receive training, transport and meal allowances during the 47-week course.
Modules include communications, work experience, career planning, computer applications functional maths and understanding interculturalism. Two three-week work placements are also part of the scheme.
