Search to resume for missing Donegal diver 30.07.07

THE search for a diver missing off the coast of Donegal will resume at first light this morning.
The Buncrana lifeboat crew took part in a massive search yesterday evening for the diver who went missing 16 miles north west of Horn Head.
The diver, one of a group of seven believed to be from the Fanad area, was reported missing when the rest of the diving party returned to their boat, The Rossguill, shortly after 2pm.
A rescue helicopter from Scotland joined the Irish Coastguard helicopter and around ten vessels including the Arranmore and Lough Swilly RNLI boats, in the search. A Scottish fisheries protection vessel also assisted in the search which was called off as darkness fell shortly after 10pm.
